Purchase Cancellation Policy
Power Bee Engine reserves the right to refuse, reject, or cancel any order before shipment. Placing an order through our website does not guarantee that the order has been accepted or will be fulfilled.
Orders may be cancelled by Power Bee Engine for any lawful business reason, including but not limited to:
- Item is out of stock or unavailable
- Pricing error, listing error, or website mistake
- Payment issue, failed payment, or billing concern
- Suspected fraud, suspicious transaction activity, or scam behavior
- Shipping restriction, incorrect shipping address, or inability to ship to the provided location
- Customer provided incorrect, incomplete, or misleading information
- Safety concerns, misuse concerns, or concern that the product may be used improperly
- Prior chargeback history, scam activity, fraudulent conduct, or abusive behavior
- Abusive, threatening, harassing, dishonest, or inappropriate communication toward Power Bee Engine
- Prior violation of Power Bee Engine policies
- Inability to fulfill the order for any other legitimate business reason
If Power Bee Engine cancels an order before shipment, the customer will receive a refund for any amount paid for the cancelled item or order.
Power Bee Engine does not cancel or refuse orders for unlawful discriminatory reasons. Order cancellations are based on legitimate business, payment, fulfillment, safety, or customer conduct concerns.
Custom, modified, special-order, or made-to-order items may be subject to additional cancellation limits once work has started, parts have been ordered, or assembly has begun.
Power Bee Engine reserves the right to limit future purchases or refuse future orders from customers with prior chargebacks, suspected scam activity, fraudulent conduct, abusive behavior, or repeated policy violations.
